Title: Obedience; God's Gifts; Thanksgiving

  • Thirteen weekly two-hour teaching sessions (Sunday School and Extended Session)

  • Lesson Themes: Obedience (Noah and the ark); God's Gifts (God provision for the Israelites): Thanksgiving (the Feast of the Tabernacles; thanking God)

    Course Description: These three units will help twos and threes know that obedience pleases God; that God provides for us, and that we should thank God. The children will be encouraged to obey and to give thanks.

    Course Description: Primary students will learn the absolute attributes of God; discover God's relationship with man; realize that God is good, loving, unchanging, merciful, faithful, patient, true, and just; understand that God is the only One Who can offer atonement for sin. Students will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of Who God is.

    Bible Truths: The end of Solomon's reign to the exile and return

    Course Description: As Middler students continue their journey through the Bible, they discover the Divided Kingdom and hear from prophets God uses to proclaim His Word. After enemies take Israel and Judah captive, prophets like Daniel and Ezra teach the importance of staying true to God.
