RBP will pay shipping charges for orders over $200.00 when paying by credit card (shipped least expensive method). Free Shipping applies only on orders received with full payment. Prices subject to change without notice. No returns without authorization number. CDs are not returnable. Free Shipping is not available for Retailer Accounts.

Because RBP's shipping charges are exactly your shipping cost for your order, rates vary widely based on your chosen shipping method, the weight of your order, whether the order is shipped to a residence, to a church, or to another business. For this reason we are unable to quote exact shipping prices for all shipping methods on this Web site. We do provide estimate shipping cost for UPS orders. There is a separate $2.00 handling fee with each order.

For UPS and several other carriers, tracking numbers may be available from our Customer Service Department after your order has been shipped. Most of these numbers can be entered on the carrier's Web site to determine more exactly where your order is and when it will arrive.

NOTE: If you are having your order shipped to a P.O. Box you cannot use UPS.
