Purpose:
To oversee and provide support, maintenance, and administration in the areas of hardware, software, and telephony to all avenues of the RBM organization. To oversee and facilitate all avenues of electronic content delivery and content workflow for RBM's multimedia functionality and formating; including website content, audio feeds, powerpoint presentations, flash, CD-Roms, video streaming, RSS feeds, etc.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide end user trouble support by utilizing network tools, knowledge of a Windows environment, and various reference materials.

- Keeping current with technology trends by administering and follwing an upgrade path.
- Assist in the Upgrade, maintain, and administer a corporate internet site with the website developer by using PHP, MySQL, IIS, and Windows Server technologies.
- Help mMaintain data integrity by using daily backups and administering and providing training from a disaster recovery plan.
- Help content providers establish comprehensive content cycles and delivery paths.
- Review website schedule to ensure relivant and current information is available and notify various content providers of any given need.
- Provide annualized scheduling summary for all various ministries and upcoming workflow for given short-term goals.
- Provide bi-annual report of web statistics including hits, URL references, search engine key words, etc.
- Work with internal and external designers and implement corresponding designs.

- Educate and train content providers how to format and deliver their web based materials.
Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities:

A comprehensive understanding of Windows Network
Structures, including Window Servers, Active Directory, Print Services,
Network protocals, and Windows Web IIS Services.

An extensive understanding of centralized workflow and
backup requirements.
- A
comprehensive understanding of the Mac Network structure and integration related
to a mixed platform environment.
- A basic
understanding of telephone PBX environment and related switch and voice
mail integration.

An extensive knowledge of VPN technology and related
security elements such as firewalls, SPAM protection, and mutli-layered
virus protection.
Working Conditions:

An independent office
·
30-40% of the time requires spent throughout the
building servicing user needs.
·
60-70% of the time requires spent analysing content needs and streamlining content workflow to ensure a current and updated web presences for all of RBM's websites.
